Travelled from Bradford and met my pal Sohrab from Todmorden here to get the famous chicken and chips. Just like last time the food was amazing, love the home made sauces and their pokoras were mega. This is a real old school chippy serving old school grub.
You can tell how good a foodie is when you go after 10 years and it's exactly as it tasted decade ago. The only change is the young boys behind the counter are big men. You have to try it.
Food was great! Was in the area after over 20 years! Customer service was on point! Worth a visit!
The best Asian Chippy around. Chicken, chips, salad and sauce is my favorite. Their samosas are awesome too.
Clean, tidy, and freshly prepared food. It's a family run business. The only issue is that they don't have any eat-in facilities. If you aren't bothered to take away, then there is no comparison with any other local restaurants.
Been going here since I was a kid growing up in the 90s. It’s always a good shout however sometimes it’s a hit and miss. Taste is pretty much the same. The young lads have all grown up used to be so busy at one point always had to stand outside in the Que. The chicken and chips I asked for a leg piece to be cut up instead of the breast as I find the leg meat more juicy. The donors nice abit heavy thou. Not had this fish from here in years prefer other places for that but chicken and chips or donnor or chips n chutney with a samosa on top always bangs. They need a bloody card machine thou its 2025
